Before making an application, you need to familiarize yourself with and agree to the booking rules!

Rules for booking rooms at the "Zatyshnyi" hotel.

1. When reserving a room at the "Cozy" hotel, the customer, within three working days from the day the invoice is sent to him by e-mail, makes a deposit by transferring funds to the specified bank account or to the cash desk of the "Cozy" hotel in the amount of 20% of the cost of accommodation, but not less than 1000 UAH. Bank charges are borne by the customer. The room is considered reserved by the customer if he pays the specified deposit within the specified three-day period. In this case, a Booking Confirmation is sent to the customer. The specified deposit is both an advance payment and is taken into account when paying the cost of hotel services.
2. In the case of cancellation no later than 10 days before the date of arrival, the given amount of the deposit is returned to the customer in full after deducting bank and related similar costs. 3. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 10 days before check-in or non-arrival on the day specified in the reservation, the amount of the deposit is not returned and is retained by the hotel. The reservation is canceled.
4. If the customer does not arrive on the day of check-in and the following day before 10:00 a.m., the "Cozy" hotel acquires the right to cancel the reservation at 10:00 a.m. on the day following the day of check-in.
   The room is considered booked only upon arrival funds to the account specified in clause 1 of these Rules or to the cash desk of the "Cosy" Hotel.
