Before making an application, you need to familiarize yourself with and agree to the booking rules!

Rules for booking rooms in the "Zatyshna" Manor.

1. When reserving a room at the "Zatyshna" Manor, the Customer pays a deposit of 20% of the cost of accommodation by transferring funds to the indicated bank account or to the cash desk of the "Zatyshna" Manor within three working days from the day the invoice is sent to him by e-mail . Bank charges are borne by the Customer. The room is considered reserved by the Customer if he pays the specified deposit within the specified three-day period. In this case, a Booking Confirmation is sent to the customer. The specified deposit is both an advance and is taken into account when paying the cost of accommodation services.

2. In case of cancellation no later than 10 days before the date of arrival, the given amount of the deposit is returned to the Customer in full after deducting bank and related similar costs. The Customer's refusal to apply this clause and clauses 3 and 4 shall be deemed to be the Customer's sending of a refusal e-mail to the address of the Manor.

3. In the case of cancellation of the reservation less than 10 days before check-in or non-arrival on the day specified in the reservation, the deposit amount is not returned. The reservation is cancelled.

4. If the Customer does not arrive on the day of check-in and the following day before 10:00 a.m., Zatyshna Manor acquires the right to cancel the reservation at 10:00 a.m. on the day following the day of check-in.

5. The room is considered booked only if funds are received to the account specified in clause 1 of these Rules or to the cash desk of the "Zatyshna" Manor.
