Location:
The estate "Zatyshna" is located in one of the most picturesque corners of the Hutsul region - in the city of Kosiv. Convenient access to the estate from the central road in the direction of Kosiv - Verkhovyna.
- The bus station is about 2 km away, the city centre is about 1 km away.
- Nearby is a forest, a healing spring Krynchyste, a ski lift to Mount Mikhalkiv.
- From the estate there is a direct descent to the Rybnytsia River and the Skaly tract. There is a trout farm nearby.
Description:
The main building has 9 cosy duplex rooms (11-20m²). The rooms have a double bed with orthopaedic mattresses and a folding sofa or armchair, TV, mini-fridge. Bathroom with shower, hot and cold water supply, hairdryer. 4 rooms have balconies overlooking a cosy courtyard. There are also 4 two-storey family cottages on the territory.
Cottages and rooms:
The main building has a living-dining room with a fireplace, a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness room, a large children's playroom. In the courtyard there is a playground, a gazebo, a place for barbecue overlooking the Rybnytsia River.
Service included in the price:
- accommodation;
- three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner);

- swimming pool from 07:00 to 22:00;
- large children's room;
- children's playground;
- sauna from 16:00 to 19:00;
- fitness room (orbit track, treadmill, exercise bike, rider, Swedish wall, horizontal bar, press bench, dumbbells);
- room cleaning and bed linen change — once every 5 days or as needed.
Service for an additional fee:
- sauna (from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.);
- washing.
